Requesting a Service Transfer

If you are moving to a new address that currently has Arvig MultiWav service, you will be required to move to our new service tiers. This will require placing a new order which will change your billing cycle date. Customers transferring service will see a prorated credit on their first bill cycle of their new plan.

Please e-mail us a written request with the following information:
1. Your Name
2. Old address (please include the street address and apartment number)
3. New address (please include the street address and apartment number)
4. Date in which you would like service to transfer (24 hour minimum notice required)

All requests must be sent to: support@multiwav.com

Your request will be completed during normal business hours, and you will receive an e-mail confirmation once completed. We apologize an exact time cannot be guaranteed.

There are no charges/fees associated with service transfers.
