Can I change speeds after I sign up?

Yes, as we have no contracts, you may change your speed at any time via your online account. If you downgrade, the difference in prorated plan cost will be credited to your next monthly payment. If you upgrade, a payment for the difference in plan prorated through the end of your current month will be charged immediately to your credit card on file.
