How does service activate?

Service activates instantly once your order is placed and payment is processed (please note: this does not apply to properties currently in Pre-Order status).

Just follow these easy steps:

  1. Visit our Locations page and start typing in your address (please note: only type in the first few characters as our system will automatically prompt you with an available service address).
  2. If your address is identified with an Order Now or Pre-Order button, you can proceed to the registration page by selecting that button.
  3. Register your account by filling in your information and confirming your unit number, you will also need to enter a password for your account.
  4. Once registration is submitted you will be sent an e-mail with a link to verify your e-mail address.
  5. Click on the e-mail verification link and you will be asked to login to your account.
  6. Once logged in, click on the Order Now button and proceed to your order.
  7. Once your order is completed and payment submits successfully, your service will activate instantly (If your property is in Pre-Order status, you will be e-mailed an update once a live date is established).
